This is scientifically proven to assist with a variety of conditions as well as helping you to lose weight, improve general wellbeing and skin rejuvenation. During your consultation, we’ll take you through a number of basic health checks and low intensity exercises at sea level and altitude, culminating in a full results report and recommendations to improve your health and wellbeing.
Option 2 – Exercise Sessions: from €30
Hypoxic exercise sessions boost metabolism and aid the adaptive process. Hypoxic exercise sessions can be added to your weekly schedule as part of a healthy lifestyle: And the more you do, the better you get.
