Irish Altitude Chambers has been in operation for the past number of years in the Dublin area, providing altitude training – for sports performance and servicing teams and athletes nationwide.
Prior to setting up Irish Altitude Chambers we conducted case studies for 6 months on people training in temperature controlled high altitude environments and the benefits attributed to it to make sure we were providing people with the most effective ways to train.
